At the Children’s Center for Cancer and Blood Diseases, our mission is to cure and prevent childhood and adolescent cancer through scientific discovery and compassionate care. We are proud to have served the children of central Florida for the past 16 years and are now the only Children’s Oncology Group in Central Florida.  As a full member of the COG we are currently the only program in Central Florida offering patients the choice of participation in cooperative group clinical trials. This opportunity gives patients and their families the potential of receiving cutting edge, state of the art therapies not otherwise available.
 
We are also very proud to have been named and awarded as only one of three Children’s Tumor Foundation funded comprehensive neurofibromatosis clinics in the state of Florida. Through this clinic we give integrated care to not only children with neurofibromatosis but their adult family members as well.
