With the completion of our major expansion project, the Walt Disney Pavilion at Florida Hospital for Children joins the ranks of premier children’s hospitals in the nation.

Emphasizing Health and Wellness

One of the cornerstones of our program is an emphasis on preventative health and wellness. Our team of specialists is focused on providing you and your child with the education, support and services you need to combat major pediatric health issues such as obesity and diabetes. To that end, we have assembled a highly respected team of pediatric weight management and diabetes experts who work together to develop comprehensive programs that can put your child on the road to a lifetime of health, including our highly popular Healthy100 Kids Program, which provides families with the proven tools they need to live a healthy, active life.

Coordinated Care at Every Turn

One of the hallmarks of our special brand of health care is our Children’s Care Coordinator. Acting as a clinical concierge, our Coordinator handles all your scheduling for appointments, consultations and procedures; provides information about diseases and clinical trials; and assists with any other needs you or your child may have during your time at the hospital. These one-on-one sessions are entirely confidential, and no referral is needed to speak with our Children’s Care Coordinator.
