From Daytona Beach (North):
- Take I-95 S to exit 256, toward Port Orange
- Merge onto Taylor Rd/FL 421 West toward Williamson Blvd.
- Turn right onto South Williamson Blvd.
- Take the first right entrance into the Pavilion
- Follow the road past Hollywood Theaters
- Turn right at Red Robin
From Edgewater (South):
- Take I-95 N toward Daytona Beach
- Take SR-421 exit 256, toward Port Orange/Hospital
- Turn left onto FL-421 West Taylor Rd.
- Turn right onto South Williamson Blvd.
- Take the first right entrance into the Pavilion
- Follow the road past Hollywood Theaters
- Turn right at Red Robin
Parking is available in the lot at the left. Walk into the open breezeway and enter the doors at the right. Take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor. Turn right and Florida Hospital offices are located at the end of the hallway in Suite 700.
